Intense Fruity olive net, cool, broad and enveloping, rich with hints, fruity medium ripe tomato, mela bianca e banana, which are associated with vegetal notes of celery, fave e lattuga.
And complex character in the mouth, has balsamic mint, basil and sage. Bitterness is powerful and spicy decided.
It goes very well with grilled porcini mushrooms, salads swordfish, marinated tuna, tomatoes au gratin, bean soups, pasta with sausage, boiled octopus, grilled red meat or skin, hard mature cheese.
